Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing 3thirtynine Bistro. To ensure we provide the highest quality service, ingredients, and staffing for our guests, we enforce the following booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
By making a reservation or booking an event with us, you agree to these terms.
1. General Table Reservations
* Holding Time: Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time.
If your party has not arrived or contacted us by then, the reservation may be released to walk-in guests.
* Changes: If you need to change your reservation time or guest count, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone.
2. Refunds for Dining Experiences
* Food & Drink Purchases: Due to the perishable nature of food, refunds are not issued for meals served and consumed.
* Service Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with a dish or your dining experience, please bring it to the immediate attention of our floor manager during your visit so we can rectify the issue on the spot.
